Our Services
For just $375 a month you will be able to breathe easy. Once a week we will perform a complete overview of the inside and outside of your home. This will include the following: exterior checks, interior checks, appliances, vehicles, repair coordination and more. You will receive photos of your home for your own peace of mind and should anything arise, we will address it as soon as it is discovered.

Walk around and thoroughly check the outside of the home ensuring that your property is being well-maintained in your absence.

Walk through the home to ensure there are no issues such as leaks, pests, outages, and that it is ready for your next arrival.

Check all appliances to ensure there are no leaks or issues, run all the faucets and flush all the toilets to prevent buildup and ensure there are no plumbing concerns.

Check vehicles and ensure that they start right up and maintain battery trickle chargers if need be.

If a problem ever did arise, we are happy to offer repair coordination and project supervision. We will work directly with you to address the issue, work with and coordinate any repairs, and be onsite to ensure the work gets done and handled accordingly. Repair and Project Coordination starts at $95 an hour. We will meet a contractor at your home and stay with them for the duration of their time there and ensure everything is completed.

Coordinate with your housekeeper so your home is freshened up prior to your arrival.
Alert you to any changes that are imperative to your home and property.

Not only can you count on us to give you the peace of mind that your home is in good hands while you’re away, we can also provide that extra touch of luxury and convenience prior to your arrival. From filling your fridge with groceries and essentials to picking you up and dropping you off at the airport, we want to make your visit as carefree for you as possible.
These services are available at a rate of $95 per hour.
